富马酸卢帕他定片在慢性荨麻疹患者中的疗效及对变态反应相关血液指标的影响

Effect of Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Urticaria and Influence for Allergy Related Blood Indexes

目的:探究富马酸卢帕他定片在慢性荨麻疹患者中的疗效及对变态反应相关血液指标的影响。方法:选取2019年2月—2021年12月江南大学附属医院收治的118例慢性荨麻疹患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组59例和观察组59例。对照组采用左西替利嗪进行治疗,观察组则采用富马酸卢帕他定片进行治疗。比较两组的慢性荨麻疹治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的荨麻疹相关症状体征(瘙痒、风团数量、大小及持续时间)评分、变态反应相关血液指标[白三烯B4(LTB4)、组胺(HA)、总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)及单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)]。结果:治疗2、4周后,观察组的慢性荨麻疹治疗总有效率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前两组的荨麻疹相关症状体征各项评分及变态反应相关血液指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2、4周后两组的荨麻疹相关症状体征各项评分及变态反应相关血液指标均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组的各项评分与血液指标均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:富马酸卢帕他定片在慢性荨麻疹患者中的疗效较好,且可有效改善变态反应相关血液指标的表达,安全性较高,在慢性荨麻疹患者中的应用价值相对较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria and influence for allergy related blood indexes.Method:A total of 118 patients with chronic urticaria in Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from February 2019 to December 2021 were divided into control group 59 cases and observation group 59 cases by the random number table method.The control group were treated with Levocetirizine,the observation group were treated with Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets.Then the total effective rates of chronic urticaria,adverse reactions rate,urticaria related symptoms and signs(itch,number,size and duration of wheals)scores and allergy related blood indexes[leukotriene B4(LTB4),histamine(HA),total immunoglobulin E(TIgE)and monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)]before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Result:After two and four weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of chronic urticaria of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The all urticaria related symptoms and signs scores and allergy related blood indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05),after two and four weeks of treatment,the all urticaria related symptoms and signs scores and allergy related blood indexes of two groups significantly reduced,and the scores and blood indexes of observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Rupatadine Fumarate Tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic urticaria is better,and it can effectively control the expression of allergy related blood indexes,the safety is higher,so its application value in the patients with chronic urticaria is relatively higher.
