神曲消食口服液联合低剂量乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘的研究

Study on Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid Combined with Low Dose Lactulose in the Treatment of Children with Functional Constipation

目的:探究功能性便秘患儿采用神曲消食口服液联合低剂量乳果糖治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的80例功能性便秘患儿为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用低剂量乳果糖治疗,观察组同时联合神曲消食口服液治疗。对比两组疗效、不良反应发生率、便秘改善及复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组便秘症状积分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,观察组便秘症状积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,观察组便秘复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:神曲消食口服液联合低剂量乳果糖治疗儿童功能性便秘,可显著减轻临床症状,减少复发。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with low dose Lactulose in the treatment of children with functional constipation.Method:A total of 80 children with functional constipation admitted to Ganzhou Women and Childen's Health Care Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low dose Lactulose,and the observation group was treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid at the same time.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,constipation improvement and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of constipation symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of constipation symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after treatment,the recurrence rate of constipation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqu Xiaoshi Oral Liquid combined with low dose Lactulose in the treatment of children with functional constipation can significantly relieve clinical symptoms and reduce recurrence.
