导乐分娩+分娩球运动对初产妇产程及分娩结局的影响

Effect of Doula Delivery and Delivery Ball Movement on Labor and Delivery Outcome of Primipara

目的:探讨对初产妇给予导乐分娩联合分娩球运动干预对产程和分娩结局的影响。方法:将2021年10月—2022年6月南昌市第一医院收治的初产妇100例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各50例。对照组采取传统助产方式,观察组采取导乐分娩联合分娩球运动助产。对比两组初产妇分娩恐惧、分娩控制感、分娩结局、产程时间、疼痛程度,以及新生儿Apgar评分。结果:观察组分娩恐惧评分较对照组低,分娩控制感评分、新生儿Apgar评分均较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组阴道分娩率(76.00%)高于对照组(44.00%),剖宫产率及阴道助产率均低于(18.00%、6.00%)均低于对照组的(36.00%、20.00%)(P<0.05);观察组第一、二、三产程时间均较对照组更短(P<0.05);观察组观察组Ⅱ级疼痛占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在初产妇分娩中应用导乐分娩联合分娩球运动干预,可缩短产程,提升分娩控制感,产妇对分娩的恐惧感较低,保证分娩安全性。

Objective:To explore the effect of Doula delivery combined with delivery ball movement intervention on labor and delivery outcome in primipara.Method:A total of 100 primiparas admitted to the First Hospital of Nanchang from October 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional midwifery,and the observation group received Doula delivery combined with delivery ball movement midwifery.The tocophobia,control sense of delivery,delivery outcome,labor,pain degree of primiparas and newborn Apgar scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The tocophobia scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the control sense of delivery scores and newborn Apgar scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate(76.00%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(44.00%),the cesarean section rate and vaginal assisted delivery rate in the observation group(18.00%,6.00%)were lower than those in the control group(36.00%,20.00%)(P<0.05).The first,second and third labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of gradeⅡpain in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Doula delivery combined with delivery ball movement intervention in the delivery of primipara can shorten the labor,enhance the control sense of delivery,reduce the tocophobia and ensure the safety of delivery.
