伏诺拉生联合阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌感染患者的效果

Effects of Vonoprazan combined with Amoxicillin in treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection

目的:观察伏诺拉生联合阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者的效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2021年9月该院收治的120例Hp感染患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予标准四联疗法治疗,观察组给予伏诺拉生联合阿莫西林治疗,比较两组Hp根除率、Hp复发率、临床症状缓解时间和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组Hp根除率为95.00%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Hp复发率为0,低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃胀缓解时间、腹胀缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、胃痛缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.33%,低于对照组的23.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伏诺拉生联合阿莫西林治疗幽门螺杆菌感染患者,可提高Hp根除率,缩短临床症状缓解时间,降低Hp复发率和不良反应发生率,其效果优于标准四联疗法。

Objective:To observe effects of Vonoprazan combined with Amoxicillin in treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 120 patients with Hp infection who were admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to September 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard quadruple therapy,while the observation group was treated with Vonoprazan combined with Amoxicillin.The Hp eradication rate,the clinical symptom relief time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The Hp eradication rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of Hp in the observation group was 0,which was lower than 10.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric distension relief time,the abdominal distension relief time,the abdominal pain relief time and the stomach pain relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 23.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Vonoprazan combined with Amoxicillin in the treatment of the patients with Helicobacter pylori infection can improve the eradication rate of Hp,shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate.Moreover,it is superior to the standard quadruple therapy.
