复方醋酸棉酚片联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能失调性子宫出血患者的效果

Effects of Compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets in treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding

目的:观察复方醋酸棉酚片联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗功能失调性子宫出血(DUB)患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年7月至2022年2月该院收治的136例DUB患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各68例。对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方醋酸棉酚片治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、月经量、月经周期、血红蛋白水平,血清性激素指标[雌二醇、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.59%(65/68),高于对照组的83.82%(57/68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,月经量少于对照组,月经周期长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组雌二醇、FSH、LH和孕酮水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方醋酸棉酚片联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗DUB患者可提高治疗总有效率、血红蛋白水平,延长月经周期,降低子宫内膜厚度、月经量和性激素指标水平,效果优于单纯去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets in treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB).Methods:The clinical data of 136 patients with DUB admitted to this hospital from July 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,68 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets,while the observation group was treated with Compound gossypol acetate tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the endometrial thickness,the menstrual volume,the menstrual cycle,the hemoglobin level,the serum sex hormone index levels[estradiol,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.59%(65/68),which was higher than 83.82%(57/68)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group,the menstrual volume was less than that of the control group,the menstrual cycle was longer than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of estradiol,FSH,LH and progesterone in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compound gossypol acetate tablets combined with Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets in the treatment of the DUB patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment and the hemoglobin levels,prolong the menstrual cycle,and reduce the endometrial thickness,the menstrual volume and the sex hormone index levels.Moreover,it is superior to single Desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablets treatment.
