正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴错(牙合)畸形患者的效果

Effects of orthodontic combined repair in treatment of patients with dentition defects and malocclusion

目的:观察正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴错(牙合)畸形患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月该院收治的60例牙列缺损伴错(牙合)畸形患者进行前瞻性研究,采取随机数字表法将其分成观察组与对照组各30例。对照组采取修复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合正畸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后咬合力水平、咀嚼效率、牙齿功能评分和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组咬合力水平、咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组吞咽、咀嚼、语言等牙齿功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴错(牙合)畸形患者可提高治疗总有效率、咬合力水平、咀嚼效率和牙齿功能评分,降低不良反应发生率,其效果优于单纯修复治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of orthodontic combined repair in treatment of patients with dentition defects and malocclusion.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 60 patients with dentition defects and malocclusion admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group by using the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repair,while the observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the bite force level before and after the treatment,the masticatory efficiency,the dental function score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 33%(28/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the bite force level and the masticatory efficiency of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dental function such as swallowing,chewing and language in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Orthodontic combined repair treatment can improve the total effective rate,the bite force level,the masticatory efficiency and the dental function scores,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the patients with dentition defects and malocclusion.Moreover,it is superior to single repair treatment.
