复方丹参滴丸联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果

Effects of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with Metoprolol tartrate Tablets in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年12月该院收治的60例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]水平,以及外周血白细胞介素-33(IL-33)、生长刺激表达基因2蛋白(ST2)mRNA水平。结果:两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组LVEF、CO水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组LVEDD水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组IL-33、ST2 mRNA水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者可改善心功能指标水平,降低IL-33、ST2 mRNA水平。

Objective:To observe effects of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with Metoprolol tartrate Tablets in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Metoprolol tartrate tablets,while the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the cardiac function index levels[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],and the peripheral blood IL-33 and ST2 mRNA levels before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF and CO levels in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the LVEDD levels of the two groups was lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the levels of IL-33 and ST2 mRNA in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with Metoprolol tartrate tablets can improve the levels of cardiac function indexes in the patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease to reduce the levels of IL-33 and ST2 mRNA.
