沙棘干乳剂联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童功能性消化不良的效果

Effects of Seabuckthorn dry emulsion combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia in children

目的:探讨沙棘干乳剂联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗儿童功能性消化不良(FD)的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月该院诊治的68例FD患儿进行前瞻性研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组、对照组各34例。对照组口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合沙棘干乳剂治疗,两组均持续治疗2周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分、血清神经生化指标[降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、促肾上腺素皮质激素释放因子(CRF)]水平、胃动力指标[胃窦收缩频率(ACF)、胃窦收缩幅度(ACA)、运动指数(MI)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%(32/34),高于对照组的73.53%(25/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组消化不良、腹胀症状评分及血清CGRP、CRF水平均低于对照组,ACF、MI、ACA值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:沙棘干乳剂联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗FD患儿效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,降低CGRP、CRF水平,增强胃肠动力,安全性良好,效果优于单用双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。

Objective:To investigate effects of Seabuckthorn dry emulsion combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)in children.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 68 children with FD diagnosed and treated in this hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method,34 cases in each group.The control group was given Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets orally,while the observation group was given Seabuckthorn dry emulsion on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the symptom scores before and after the treatment,the serum neurobiochemical index level[calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),corticotropin-releasing factor(CRF)],the gastric motility index levels[antral contraction frequency(ACF),antral contraction amplitude(ACA),motor index(MI)],and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%(32/34),which was higher than 73.53%(25/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of dyspepsia and abdominal distension symptoms as well as the serum CGRP and CRF levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the ACF,MI and ACA values were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Seabuckthorn dry emulsion combined with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets has a significant effect on the children with FD,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the CGRP and CRF levels,enhance the gastrointestinal motility,and have a good safety.Moreover,it is superior to single Bifidobacterium quadruple viable tablets treatment.
