Correlation between parental care burden and psychological resilience in children with rotavirus enteritis

目的:分析轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)患儿父母照顾负担与心理弹性的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月至2021年2月该院收治的83例RVE患儿的临床资料,采用Zarit照顾者负担量表(ZBI)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)调查患儿父母照顾负担及心理弹性水平,分析RVE患儿父母ZBI评分与CD-RISC评分的相关性。结果:RVE患儿父母乐观、自强、坚韧及CD-RISC总分低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中重度负担RVE患儿父母CD-RISC总分低于轻度负担RVE患儿父母,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,RVE患儿父母ZBI评分与CD-RISC评分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。结论:RVE患儿父母照顾负担与心理弹性呈负相关性。

Objective:To analyze correlation between parental care burden and psychological resilience in children with rotavirus enteritis(RVE).Methods:The clinical data of 83 children with RVE admitted to this hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The Zarit caregiver burden interview(ZBI)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)were used to investigate the care burden and the psychological resilience of the parents.The correlation between the ZBI score and the CD-RISC score of the parents of the RVE children was analyzed.Results:The scores of optimism,self-improvement,tenacity and CD-RISC of the parents of the children with RVE were lower than those of domestic norm,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of CD-RISC in the parents of the RVE children with moderate to severe burden was lower than that of those with mild burden,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the ZBI score of the parents of the children with RVE was negatively correlated with the CD-RISC score(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The care burden of the parents of the children with RVE is negatively correlated with the psychological resilience.
