高血压性脑出血术后患者创伤后成长与反刍性沉思的相关性

Correlation between posttraumatic growth and ruminant contemplation in postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的:分析高血压性脑出血术后患者创伤后成长与反刍性沉思的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月至2022年6月该院收治的90例高血压性脑出血术后患者的临床资料,患者均行开颅血肿清除术治疗。术后采用中文版创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)评估患者创伤后成长水平,采用简体中文版事件相关反刍性沉思问卷(C-ERRI)评估患者反刍性沉思水平,采用Pearson相关性分析高血压性脑出血术后患者创伤后成长与反刍性沉思的相关性。结果:90例高血压性脑出血术后患者PTGI评分为(53.37±22.24)分,C-ERRI评分为(28.14±10.83)分;Pearson相关性分析结果显示,新的可能性、欣赏生活、人际关系、精神改变、个人力量等PTGI各维度评分及总分与侵入性反刍性沉思呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05),与目的性反刍性沉思及ERRI总分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:高血压性脑出血术后患者创伤后成长与目的性反刍性沉思呈正相关,与侵入性反刍性沉思呈负相关。

Objective:To analyze correlation between posttraumatic growth and ruminant contemplation in postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with cranial hematoma removal.After the surgery,the Chinese version of the posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI)was used to evaluate the level of posttraumatic growth,and the simplified Chinese version of the event-related rumination inventory(C-ERRI)was used to evaluate the level of rumination.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between posttraumatic growth and ruminant contemplation in the postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Results:The PTGI score and the C-ERRI score of the 90 postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were(53.37±22.24)and(28.14±10.83),respectively.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the dimension scores and total score of PTGI such as new possibility,appreciation of life,interpersonal relationship,mental change and personal strength were negatively correlated with invasive ruminant contemplation(r<0,P<0.05),and positively correlated with purposeful ruminant contemplation and ERRI total score(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The posttraumatic growth of postoperative patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is positively correlated with purposive ruminant contemplation and negatively correlated with invasive ruminant contemplation.
