干酪乳杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、免疫指标、抗氧化指标及养殖经济效益的影响 被引量:4

摘要 试验旨在研究干酪乳杆菌对肉鸡生长性能、血清免疫指标、抗氧化指标及养殖经济效益的影响。选取2400只1日龄白羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组6个重复,每个重复100只鸡。对照组为基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加100、200、400mg/kg干酪乳杆菌。试验期42d。结果表明,100mg/kg组、200mg/kg组和400mg/kg组肉鸡1~21d、1~42d平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),200mg/kg组、400mg/kg组1~42d肉鸡ADG显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。400mg/kg组肉鸡肠道中沙门氏菌数量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,各试验组肉鸡血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。200mg/kg组和400mg/kg组肉鸡血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),各试验组肉鸡血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组、100mg/kg组、200mg/kg组、400mg/kg组肉鸡在试验阶段的养殖利润分别为13.94、14.42、14.62、14.81元/只。研究表明,建议在肉鸡日粮中添加400mg/kg干酪乳杆菌。 The experiment was to study the effect of Lactobacillus casei on growth performance,serum immune index,antioxidant index and economic benefits of broilers.A total of 2400 one-day-old White feather broilers were randomly divided into four groups,with six replicates in each group and 1oo broilers in each replicate.Broilers in control group were fed with a basal diet,and the broilers in experimental groups were fed with a basal diet supplemented with 100,200 and 400 mg/kg Lactobacillus casei,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the ADG of broilers in 100 mg/kg group,200 mg/kg group and 400 mg/kg group at 1~21 d and 1~42 d was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The 1~42 d ADG in 200 mg/kg group and 400 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and F/G was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The number of Salmonella in intestinal tract of broilers in 400 mg/kg group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,serum IgG content of broilers in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Serum T-AOC of broilers in 200 mg/kg group and 400 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and serum GSH-Px activity of broilers in experimental groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The content of MDA was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The breeding profits of broilers in control group,100 mg/kg group,200 mg/kg group and 400 mg/kg group were 13.94,14.42,14.62 and 14.81 yuan/bird,respectively.The experiment indicates that it is recommended to add 400 mg/kg Lactobacillus casei to dietofbroilers.
