摘要
研究旨在探究国内外近10年微藻研究的方向和趋势。利用CiteSpace分析软件对检索到的中国知网(CNKI)核心数据库中2010-2023年间发表的以微藻为主题的文献进行可视化分析。结果显示,近10年以微藻为研究主题的中文文献发文量总体趋势平稳,英文文献发文量有较大幅度波动。关键词共现和突现分析显示,微藻主题研究关键词主要为小球藻、油脂、脂肪酸、生物柴油、海洋藻、三角褐指藻、蛋白核小球藻等。关键词聚类分析显示,较大的聚类分别是中肋骨条藻、太湖、畜禽养殖废水、小球藻、脂肪酸、废水处理、雨生红球藻、盐生杜氏藻和生物质生产等。研究表明,近10年微藻的研究方向主要集中在生物能源、水产饲料、水体污染治理和有经济价值藻种的培养与开发方面,藻种作为饲料资源的开发利用具有较好的应用前景。
The study was explored the direction and trends of microalgae research in the past 10 years in China and abroad.CiteSpace was a software used to visualize and analyze the literature on microalgae published in the core database of CNKI from 2010 to 2023.The results showed that the analysis showed the overall trend of Chinese literature publication on microalgae as the research topic had been stable in the past 10 years,while the publication of English literature had fluctuated significantly.Keywords co-occurrence and emergence analysis showed that main research keywords of microalgae were Chlorella,oil,fatty acid,biodiesel,marine algae,Phaeodactylum tricornutum,Chlorella pyrenoidosa,etc.Keywords cluster analysis showed that the larger clusters are Skeletonema costatum,Taihu lake,livestock and poultry breeding wastewater,Chlorella,fatty acid,wastewater treatment,Haematococcus pluvialis,Dunaliella salina and biomass production.The study indicates that the research direction of microalgae in recent 10 years mainly focuses on bioenergy,aquatic feed,water pollution treatment and the cultivation and development of economically valuable algae species.The exploitation and utilization of algae seed as feed resource has a good application prospect.
