饮食、环境的改变断奶仔猪易引发断奶应激综合征,造成肠道屏障功能紊乱。丁酸梭菌是一种安全、绿色、高效的新型饲料添加剂,可有效维护断奶仔猪肠道屏障,对断奶仔猪生长发育具有重要意义。文章综述了丁酸梭菌对断奶仔猪肠道屏障的研究进展,总结了丁酸梭菌调控断奶仔猪肠道屏障的作用机制,以期为丁酸梭菌在改善断奶仔猪肠道健康方面提供参考。

Changes in diet and environment of weaned piglets can easily lead to weaning stress syndrome,leading to dysfunction of intestinal barrier function.Clostridium butyricum is a safe,green and efficient new feed additive that can effectively maintain intestinal barrier of weaned piglets and is of great significance for their growth and development.The article reviews research progress of Clostridium butyricum on intestinal barrier of weaned piglets,summarizes mechanism of Clostridium butyricum regulating intestinal barrier of weaned piglets,to provide reference for Clostridium butyricum to improve intestinal health of weaned piglets.
