摘要 数字调制中波发射机也称DAM中波发射机,具有保护功能完善、工作效率高的特点。多年的维修实践表明,中波发射机输出调谐电路故障和天馈线系统故障为多发故障,如果处理不及时,会烧坏功放器件。对此,数字调制中波发射机专门设计了一块输出监测板,对输出调谐电路和天馈线系统工作状态进行监测。当有驻波故障出现时,发射机做出相应的保护措施,确保发射机安全。以GZ-GS10 kW发射机为例,对输出监测板的工作原理进行详细论述。 Digital modulation medium wave transmitters,also known as DAM medium wave transmitters,have the characteristics of complete protection functions and high work efficiency.Years of maintenance practice have shown that faults in the output tuning circuit of the medium wave transmitter and the antenna feeder system are multiple faults.If not handled in a timely manner,the power amplifier components will be burned out.For this purpose,a dedicated output monitoring board has been designed for digital modulation medium wave transmitters to monitor the working status of the output tuning circuit and antenna feeder system.When a standing wave fault occurs,the transmitter takes corresponding protective measures to ensure the safety of the transmitter.This article takes the GZ-GS10 kW transmitter as an example to provide a detailed discussion on the working principle of the output monitoring board.
