基于EPG信息比对的IPTV监管系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of IPTV Supervision System Based on EPG Information Matching

互联网电视(Internet Protocol Television,IPTV)监管系统设计关系着IPTV监管工作的高效开展,对保障用户收视体验,维护IPTV业务合规发展具有重要现实意义。在详细分析IPTV监管系统需求基础上,设计基于电子节目指南(Electrical Program Guide,EPG)信息比对的IPTV监管系统。系统采用一个中心的监管模式,各级监管前端与监管中心平台统一部署在省级监管中心机房,各级监管前端采集的数据均回传至监管中心平台,监管中心平台的数据处理层、数据存储层与业务交互层实现EPG信息数据的相关处理操作,通过对EPG信息的比对,核查发现IPTV节目的违规问题,实现IPTV业务监管目标。

The design of Internet Protocol Television(IPTV)supervision system is related to the efficient development of IPTV supervision work,which is of great practical significance to guarantee the subscribers'viewing experience and maintain the compliance development of IPTV business.Based on a detailed analysis of the design requirements of IPTV supervision system,an IPTV supervision system based on Electrical Program Guide(EPG)information comparison is designed.The system adopts a central supervision mode.The supervision front ends at all levels and the supervision center platform are uniformly deployed in the provincial supervision center computer room.The data collected by the supervision front ends at all levels are returned to the supervision center platform.The data processing layer,data storage layer and business interaction layer of the supervision center plaform realize the relevant processing operations of EPG information data.Through the comparison of EPG information,the violation problems of IPTV programs are found,achieve IPTV business regulatory goals.
