思政进课堂在“食品化学”教学改革中的应用

摘要 随着社会经济、文明建设的发展,食品的生产消费模式逐渐发生转变,由原来如何以吃饱转变为如何吃好。“食品化学”是一门基础性学科,是从食品基础知识的角度,介绍食品成分在加工、贮藏、流通过程中的变化及其对食品品质和安全性影响的学科。从教学模式、教学内容等方面分析如何将思政内容融入“食品化学”课堂中,提高学生职业道德、文化素养,引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,培养学生的人文精神、食品质量安全控制职业道德精神和爱国主义情怀。 With the development of social economy and civilization construction,the mode of food production and consumption has gradually changed from how to eat full to how to eat well.“Food Chemistry”is a basic subject,which introduces the changes of food composition in the process of processing,storage and circulation and its influence on food quality and safety from the perspective of basic food knowledge.From the aspects such as teaching mode and teaching content,analyze how the ideological content into the“Food Chemistry”classroom,to improve students’professional ethics,cultural quality,to guide students to set up the correct world outlook,the outlook on life and values,and to cultivate the students’humanistic spirit,food quality and safety control of ethical spirit and patriotic feelings.
