摘要
实践教学是食品科学与工程专业教学体系的重要组成部分,也是培养学生创新意识、专业意识和科学素养所必需的教学环节。结合我校实际,从实践教学课程体系、实践教学方法、实践教学队伍建设、实践教学监督管理及反馈体系等方面阐述了实践教学保障体系构建与探索。
Pracitice teaching is an important part of the teaching specialty system of Food Science and Engineering,and is also necessary for cultivating students innovational,practice and consciousness ability.According to the actual situation,explore and construct practical teaching quality assurance system on practical teaching course system,teaching methods,constructing teachers,quality monitoring and evaluating system in practice teaching.
