摘要
在工程教育认证背景下,如何与时俱进地利用现代教育技术,开展高效混合式教学广受关注。以南昌大学“食品微生物学”课程为例,教学团队通过设计符合工程教育认证要求的混合式教学考核内容、方式及考核计算方法,评价和分析课程目标达成情况,并提出课程的持续改进方向,以期建设高质量专业课程,致力于培养学生创新精神、批判性思维和终身学习能力,助力培养创新型一流食品学科工程技术人才。
Under the background of engineering education accreditation,how to use modern education technology to carry out efficient hybrid teaching is widely concerned.Taking the“Food Microbiology”course at Nanchang University as an example,the teaching team has designed the evaluation contents,evaluation methods and calculation methods of hybrid teaching in accordance with the requirements of engineering education accreditation.With the aim of building a high-quality professional course and developing first-class innovative engineering talents in food science,the team has also evaluated and analyzed the achievements of course objectives,to propose the direction of continuous course improvements,and to cultivate students’innovative spirit,critical thinking and lifelong learning ability.
