摘要
重组蛋白生产的目的是获得高质量的纯蛋白样品,在蛋白纯化过程中是基于不同类型的纯化标签对目的蛋白进行回收利用,为满足高效获得符合要求的产品这一需求,各种快速分离纯化重组蛋白的技术应运而生。标签介导的蛋白质功能材料质已成为纯化目的蛋白最绿色和经济有效的方法,未来对这些环保材料在蛋白纯化的应用将进一步扩大。因此,开发快速、可靠和具有成本效益的重组蛋白分离和纯化技术一直是重要的考虑因素,并应用于生物技术和生物医学等领域。本文主要综述了来自不同基质材料对重组蛋白纯化过程进行阐明,从而获得高产率、高纯度和高活性的重组蛋白。
The purpose of recombinant protein production is to obtain high-quality pure protein samples,and in the protein purification process,the target protein is recycled based on different types of purification tags,in order to meet the need to efficiently obtain products that meet the requirements,various technologies for rapid separation and purification of recombinant protein have emerged.Tag-mediated protein functional materials have become the greenest and most costeffective method for purifying the protein of interest,and the application of these environmentally friendly materials in protein purification will be further expanded in the future.Therefore,the development of rapid,reliable and cost-effective recombinant protein isolation and purification technologies has been an important consideration and has applications in biotechnology and biomedical applications.This article mainly reviews the purification process of recombinant proteins from different matrix materials to elucidate the recombinant protein with high yield,high purity and high activity.
