基于暂态电压稳定性指标的动态无功优化配置方法

摘要 以往采用的动态无功配置方法大多以确保静态电压稳定为目标,而快速可控的动态无功补偿装置更适用于抑制现代电网容易出现的暂态电压失稳问题。因此,文章在考虑感应电动机动态负荷特性的基础上,提出了一种评估暂态电压稳定性的新指标。该指标充分计及感应电动机负荷特性的动态响应过程,涉及多故障集下的节点暂态电压稳定性指标和系统暂态电压稳定性指标,以此评估实际电网中任意节点或整个系统的暂态电压稳定性。同时,基于系统电压稳定性指标提出一种动态无功补偿装置优化配置方法,比较不同配置方案下的系统电压稳定性指标值,以得到最优方案。最后通过IEEE39节点算例和某地区实际电网的仿真,结果验证了指标用于量化评估实际系统暂态电压稳定性的有效性。 The available allocation methods of dynamic Var compensation almost take the ensuring static voltage stability as the objective,while fast responsibility makes dynamic Var compensation suitable for maintain transient voltage stability.In this paper,the new voltage stability indexes considering the dynamic load characteristics of induction motor,which take the ensuring transient voltage stability as the objective are proposed.The indexes can describe the dynamic response process of induction motor load characteristics.Classified into multi-fault one-node voltage stability index and system voltage stability index,they are applied to assess the transient voltage stability of any node or whole system for actual power grid.A method for optimal allocation of dynamic Var compensation based on the system voltage stability index is proposed.By comparing the magnitudes of system voltage stability index before and after dynamic Var compensation placed,and the optimal allocation scheme is obtained.The simulative results show the effectiveness of the proposed indexes in the quantitative assessment of transient voltage stability for actual system.
