摘要 通过对某火电机组轴系振动的测试和分析,结合汽轮发电机组轴系振动治理的通用技术,总结了该类型机组的振动特征和故障机理,形成了基于振动变化特征的现场故障诊断方法。通过对振动故障的处理,编制和总结ALSTOM生产的1000 MW超超临界火电机组振动故障诊断和处理方法,以此来指导振动专业技术人员开展旋转机械振动故障诊断和治理工作,确保了汽轮发电机组的长期安全稳定运行。 Through the vibration test and analysis of the unit shafting of a company,combined with the General technology of turbine generator unit shafting vibration treatment,the vibration characteristics and fault mechanism of this type of unit are summarized,and a field fault diagnosis method based on the vibration variation characteristics is formed.By handling vibration faults,compiling and summarizing vibration fault diagnosis and treatment methods for the 1000 MW ultra supercritical thermal power unit produced by ALSTOM,this guides vibration professionals to carry out vibration fault diagnosis and treatment work for rotating machinery,ensuring the long-term safe and stable operation of steam turbine generator units.
