摘要
作为电力信息化建设中重要的一个部分,电力物资管理平台的设计和应用,不仅要考虑各个电力企业或者电力部门的实际情况,还应该以高效便捷、实操简单、功能信息全面为设计基准。但是随着人工智能技术在电力信息化建设中的不断推进,针对能够保障电力企业正常运行以及管理的电力物资管理平台的设计逐渐背离了上述准则,所涉及到的电力物资订购、储备和运输的集约式平台,无论是在协调各种物资,还是根据实际情况开展的物资计划实施和信息控制、管理等,存在着信息化管理平台规划设计不完善、信息管理平台功能模块化建设滞后、信息化平台数据的应用优势挖掘不足等问题。为了提升电力物资管理平台的规划设计水平和应用效率,解决上述问题,文章以电力信息化建设的意义入手,在厘清电力物资管理平台的设计思路的基础上,对问题进行分析并提出对策。
As an important part of the construction of power informatization,the design and application of power material management platform should not only consider the actual situation of various power enterprises or departments,but also take efficiency,convenience,simple operation,and comprehensive functional information as the design benchmark.However,with the continuous advancement of artificial intelligence technology in the construction of power information,the design of power material management platforms that can ensure the normal operation and management of power enterprises has gradually deviated from the above guidelines.The intensive platforms involved in the ordering,storage,and transportation of power materials,whether in coordinating various materials or implementing material plans and information control and management based on actual situations,There are problems such as incomplete planning and design of information management platforms,lagging modular construction of information management platform functions,and insufficient exploration of application advantages of information platform data.In order to improve the application efficiency of the power material management platform and solve the above problems,the article will start with the significance of power informatization,clarify the design ideas of the power material management platform,conduct problem analysis and propose countermeasures.
