近几年发电企业有限空间作业事故较多。有限空间作业大多具有点多、面广、作业量小、随机性大、人员需求少等特点,日常管理中容易被忽视。分析事故原因,针对事前、事中、事后3个阶段,分别制定不同的管控重点,大量应用科学化智能化手段进行管控,实现发电企业作业安全。

In recent years,there have been many accidents in limited space operations in power generation enterprises.Limited space operations are mostly characterized by multiple points,wide scope,small workload,high randomness,and low personnel demand,which are easily overlooked in daily management.Analyze the cause of the accident,establish different control priorities for the three stages of pre event,during event,and post event,and extensively apply scientific and intelligent methods for control to achieve operational safety in power generation enterprises.
