基于神经网络的烧结终点预测模型

摘要 提出使用BP神经网络算法建立烧结工艺终点预测模型,并使用仿真手段对网络进行验证。BP神经网络预测模型可以在较短的时间内完成训练,预测结果与期望值误差小。仿真结果表明,该方法可以用于解决烧结终点预测问题,对烧结生产过程有良好的指导意义。 It was proposed that the sintering process end-point prediction model should be established by using the BP neural network algorithm,and then the network was verified by simulation means.Depending on the BP neural network prediction model,the training could be finished in a relatively short period of time,and the error between the prediction results and the expected values was small.So the simulation results showed that this algorithm could be used to solve the problem in terms of predicting sintering end-point,which had good guiding significance for sintering production process.
