对高炉高产低成本生产实践进行了总结。高炉在经济炉料下,通过稳定原燃料质量,调整装料制度和送风制度,采取高炉精细化操作和铁水适当提硫措施,实现了长周期稳定顺行,年均利用系数大幅升高,燃料消耗大幅下降,生铁成本低于行业平均约321元/t。

The production practice of a blast furnace(BF)with high yielding and low cost was summarized.Depending on the economical burden,the BF achieved stable and smooth operation for a long period by taking such measures as stabilizing the quality of raw materials and fuels,adjusting the charging system and air supply system,adopting the fine operation of BF and extracting suitable content of sulfur in molten iron.Therefore the annual utilization coefficient of BF increased greatly,the fuel consumption decreased sharply,and the cost of pig iron was about 321 yuan per ton lower than the industry average.
