鞍钢朝阳钢铁高炉上料系统下料斗改进实践

摘要 针对高炉上料系统下料斗寿命短,衬板和母板磨损严重的问题,采取了减小物料初始动能,增大仓壁倾斜角和调整衬板、仓壁形式措施。实践后,减少了对下料斗衬板的磨损,降低了衬板掉落撕裂皮带的风险,延长了下料斗使用寿命,年维护费用降低约200万元。 In allusion to the problem that the service life of the discharging hopper in charging system for Blast Furnace(BF)was short and the wear-and-tear of lining boards and motherboards was serious,these measures such as reducing the initial kinetic energy of charging materials,increasing the inclination angle of silo walls and adjusting the shapes of lining boards and silo walls were taken.After these measures were put into practice,the wear-and-tear of the lining boards was reduced,the risk of the belt tearing due to falling of lining boards was reduced,the service life of the discharging hopper was prolonged,and the maintenance cost was reduced by about 2 million yuan annually.
