摘要
为解决热轧常规产线粗轧生产瓶颈问题,实现粗轧机组轧制工艺的自由度,结合鞍钢1580热轧线的工艺特点,在原有设备和工艺的基础上,研发应用了低碳、超低碳钢粗轧“1+3”轧制、粗轧R1轧机无间歇轧制和粗轧“5+0”轧制工艺技术,并通过工艺特性与钢种特性的匹配,解决了钢种在生产时的粗轧瓶颈问题。粗轧机组轧制自由度的轧制工艺技术应用于鞍钢1580热轧线后,在提高生产效率、降低能耗方面取得了很好的效果。
In order to solve the bottleneck problem occurrd in rough rolling production by conventional hot rolling production line and achieve the freedom of motion in terms of the rolling process by the rough rolling unit,the so called One Plus Three rolling technology for low-carbon steels and ultra-low carbon steels,the non-intermittent rolling by rough rolling mill R1 and so called Five Plus Zero rolling technology for rough rolling were develped and applied based on the existing equipment and process together with the process characteristics of the Ansteel 1580 hot rolling line.Therefore,the bottleneck problem in terms of rough rolling during production of steel grades through the matching of process characteristics and characteristics of steel grades was solved.After the rolling technology for rough rolling unit with the freedom of motion in the 1580 hot rolling line of Ansteel was apllied,good results were achieved in improving production efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
