摘要
随着我国双碳目标下城市更新对建筑师在既有建筑改造设计中人性化、精细化要求的不断提升,既有办公建筑作为存量大、改造需求迫切的建筑类型,如何在满足节能要求的同时做到以使用者为导向;在节能改造已成为趋势,如何引入能够反映使用者需求的衡量体系对其进行进一步优化。文章试图简述当前人因工程学在建筑学领域的发展,并结合案例对其应用展开探讨,这将为以使用者为导向的既有办公建筑节能改造优化提供一种实施路径。
With the continuous improvement of urban renewal requirements for architects to humanize and refine the design of existing buildings under the dual carbon goals in China,how can existing office buildings,as a type of building with a large inventory and urgent renovation needs,be user oriented while meeting energy-saving requirements;how to introduce a measurement system that can reflect user needs to further optimize energy-saving transformation,which has become a trend.This paper attempts to briefly describe the current development of ergonomics in the field of architecture,and explore its application through case studies.This will provide an implementation path for user oriented energy-saving renovation and optimization of existing office buildings.
