摘要
随着我国城镇化建设进程的加快,高素质建筑技术人才较为紧缺,建筑行业面临着转型发展的关键期。文章以PDCA模式为理论基础,通过分析当前建筑类专业教学改革过程中存在的问题,分别从专业发展、人才培养、教学手段、教学观念、教学质量评价体系以及人才培养考核体系等方面尝试创建新的教学改革路径,并通过PDCA模式实现教学改革质量的螺旋上升,为建筑类专业的教学改革提供经验与借鉴。
With the acceleration of China's urbanization construction process,high-quality construction talents are in short supply,and the construction industry is facing a critical period of transformation and development.Article based on the theory of PDCA mode,through the analysis of the current problems existing in the process of construction professional teaching reform,from the professional development,personnel training,teaching means,teaching idea,teaching quality evaluation system,and training evaluation system,etc,to try to create a new teaching reform path,and through the PDCA mode to realize the quality of the teaching reform has risen in a spiral,it provides experience and reference for the teaching reform of architecture specialty.
