基于历史街区整体性保护视角下“缓冲区”概念和理论研究

From the Perspective of Holistic Protection of Historical Blocks Research on the Concept and Theory of"Buffer Zone"

“缓冲区”作为遗产保护领域的重要概念,对遗产的保护和发展起到重要作用,同时缓冲区也是历史街区整体性保护的有机组成部分。文章系统梳理了“缓冲区”有关概念和保护理论的国内外发展情况,分析其理论的局限性,同时通过研究缓冲区设定原则、优劣势和重要意义,提出整体性原则下历史街区保护和再开发建议。本研究进一步梳理和完善了缓冲区研究的理论基础,同时对历史街区整体性的保护具有一定的理论和现实意义。

As an important concept in the field of heritage conservation,"buffer zone"plays an important role in the conservation and development of heritage.Meanwhile,buffer zone is also an organic part of the overall conservation of historic blocks.This paper systematically combs the development of the concept and conservation theory of"buffer zone"at home and abroad,analyzes the limitations of the theory,and puts forward the conservation and redevelopment suggestions of historical blocks under the principle of integrity by studying the setting principles,advantages and disadvantages and significance of buffer zone.This study has further combed and improved the theoretical basis of buffer zone research,and has certain theoretical and practical significance for the conservation of the integrity of historical blocks.
