工业化情景下的历史街区微更新——以扬州仁丰里历史街区小剧场为例

Micro Renewal of Historical Blocks in the Context of Industrialization:Taking the Small Theater in the Renfengli Historical District of Yangzhou as an Example

目前历史街区更新已是城市常态化行为,随着信息化技术的发展,新型工业化建造方式不仅是实现绿色建造、响应“双碳”政策的有效措施,而且为历史街区提供新的技术支撑,达到良性互动、同步发展的效果。为进一步研究新型工业化技术在传统历史街区活态化保护中的运用,文章介绍扬州仁丰里历史街区小剧场设计实践,基于微织补策略阐述装配式技术在小剧场功能、空间和细节创新中的应用,探讨“织补”修复理念与工业化技术双驱动的解决方式,希冀能为未来智能化建筑设计提供参考与帮助。

At present,the renewal of historical districts has become a normal behavior of cities.With the development of information technology,the new industrial construction mode is not only an effective measure to realize green construction and respond to the"double carbon"policy,but also provides new technical support for historical districts to achieve the effect of benign interaction and synchronous development.For further research of new industrialization technology in traditional historical block live application of fluidized protection,the paper introduces Renfengli Theater design practice of the historic blocks in Yangzhou,based on Micro-weaving strategy in this paper,the prefabricated technology in small theater,the application of function,space and detail innovation"Micro-weaving"repair idea and the industrialized technologies of the solution of the double drive way,it is hoped to provide reference and help for future prefabricated building design.
