竖井顶部空间受限的压力钢管安装方法研究

摘要 以礼河四级电站复建工程引水隧洞布置了2条竖井压力钢管安装,竖井内开挖深度较深,压力钢管直管段长度均采用3 m/段进行设置。根据现场地质情况、资源配置、施工成本、项目投资等综合因素考虑,在竖井顶部预留了压力钢管安装所需的必要空间外,无多余的施工空间,在受限空间内施工成为了以礼河复建工程的控制难点。 The diversion tunnel of Yili River Cascade IV Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project is equipped with two vertical shafts penstock.The excavation depth in the shaft is comparatively deep,and the length of penstock straight pipe section is 3 m per section.Considering the local geological conditions,resource allocation,construction cost,project investment and other comprehensive factors,there is no extra construction space except the necessary space for penstock installation which is reserved at the top of the shaft,.Construction in the confined space has become a difficult control of the Yili River Reconstruction Project.
