导流式涡轮型垂直轴风力机流场分析

摘要 导流式涡轮型垂直轴风力机结构特点和气动性能倍受关注。利用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,提出结合当地风玫瑰图设计设置导流叶片的思路。数值模拟证明合理设置的导流叶片不仅可以有效降低或消除逆风区来流对叶片的直接冲击而造成的阻力转矩,而且还有助于增强顺风区来流对叶片的有效冲击。透彻研究导流式涡轮型垂直轴风力机复杂流场的气动特性,有助于垂直轴风力机性能的跨越式发展。 The structural characteristics and aerodynamic performance of a diversion turbine type vertical axis wind turbine have attracted great attention.Using Fluent software for numerical simulation,the idea of designing and installing guide vanes in combination with local wind rose charts is proposed.Numerical simulation has shown that a reasonably set guide vane can not only effectively reduce or eliminate the drag torque caused by the direct impact of upstream flow on the blade,but also help to enhance the effective impact of downstream flow on the blade.A thorough study of the aerodynamic characteristics of the complex flow field in a guided turbine type vertical axis wind turbine is helpful for the leapfrog development of vertical axis wind turbine performance.
