核电厂设备寿期管理(LCM)技术流程研究

Investigation on Technical Program of Components Life Cycle Management in Nuclear Power Plant

摘要 为促进国内核电厂寿期管理工作发展,介绍了美国核电行业寿期管理现状,以及美国核电厂寿期管理的一般技术流程。分析认为,寿期管理信息的分散性和成本数据的获取是我国核电厂寿期管理工作的难点。建议加强核电行业运维数据信息化建设,合理获取维修成本数据,积极开展寿命评估工作,为我国核电厂寿期管理业务实施提供便利,提高核电设备长期运维的经济性。 In order to promote the development of life cycle management(LCM)in nuclear power plants,the implementation status of LCM in United States was introduced,and the general technical process of LCM in nuclear power plants was described.As is analyzed,it is dificult to obtain LCM assessment information and the cost data when LCM business is carried out in China.It is recommended that the information construction of operation and maintenance(O&M)should be enhanced,the maintenance cost should be handled reasonably,and the component life should be estimated actively.It is beneficial for our national nuclear power plant to develop LCM plan,which can improve the economics of long term O&M of components in nuclear power plants.
