国家体育产业示范基地的设立对城市劳动力就业的影响——基于多期DID的实证分析

The Impact of National Sports Industry Demonstration Base Establishment on Labor Force Employment in Territorial Cities:An Empirical Analysis Based on Multi-period DID

国家体育产业示范基地是国家体育产业发展顶层制度设计的重要形态和工作抓手,是区域体育产业发展的标杆.根据2006—2020年我国280个地级市面板数据,采用多期双重差分法分析了体育产业示范基地的设立对所属城市就业扩容提质的影响,并对其作用机制进行梳理和验证.结果表明,体育产业示范基地的设立能够促进属地城市的经济规模,同时改善其产业结构,进而对劳动力就业规模的扩大以及劳动力就业结构的优化产生显著影响.体育产业示范基地设立对劳动力就业规模和就业结构的影响在分布区域、示范基地核心产业等多方面存在异质性.最后,在大力推广政策时应该着眼于区域特征,差异化推广体育产业示范基地设立经验.

The national sports industry demonstration base is an important form and working hand of the top-level system design of national sports industry development,and is a benchmark of regional sports industry development.Based on the panel data of 280 prefecture-level cities in China from 2006 to 2020,the multi-period double difference method was used to analyze the impact of the establishment of sports industry demonstration bases on the employment expansion and quality improvement of the cities belonging to them,and to analyze and validate its mechanism of action.The results show that the establishment of sports industry demonstration bases can promote the economic scale and improve the industrial structure of local cities,which in turn has a significant impact on the increase of labor force employment and the optimization of labor force employment structure.The impact of sports industry demonstration bases on the scale and structure of labor force employment varies across different regions of distribution and core industries of demonstration bases.Finally,when promoting the policy,we should consider regional characteristics and capitalize on the diverse experiences of sports industry demonstration bases.
