基于矿质元素和活性成分的黄芪产地判别及质量综合评价 被引量:1

Origin Discrimination and Quality Evaluation of Astragali Radix Based on Mineral Elements and Active Components

摘要 目的 对黄芪药材进行产地判别与多指标综合质量评价研究。方法 收集4个产地的86批黄芪样品,测定黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花苷、芒柄花素、黄芪皂苷I、黄芪皂苷II、黄芪皂苷III、黄芪甲苷8种活性成分,以及Zn、Mn、N、B、Ti、K等51种矿质元素含量,运用偏最小二乘判别分析法(PLS-DA)和熵权逼近理想解排序法(熵权TOPSIS)对反映药材质量的数据进行分析。结果活性成分中芒柄花素、芒柄花苷、黄芪皂苷III及矿质元素中Mg、Sr、Rb、Tl、Ca、B、Mo、As、Cd、K、La、N、Pr、P、Ce、S的含量差异可用于不同产地黄芪的区分;收集的4个产地样品中,甘肃产黄芪质量最优,其次为陕西、山西、内蒙古。结论 PLS-DA结合熵权TOPSIS分析法结果合理、客观、有效,可应用于黄芪质量的多指标综合评价。 Objective To identify and evaluate Astragali Radix from different geographical origins.Methods 86 batches of samples from 4 geographical origins were collected as experimental objects,in which 8 kinds of active chemical components were assayed,including calycosin-7-glucoside,ononin,calycosin,formononetin,astragaloside I,astragaloside II,astragaloside III and astragaloside IV,whilst 51 kinds of mineral elements analyzed.PLS-DA and TOPSIS method were used to analyze the data reflecting the quality of medicinal materials.Results The contents of calycosin,formononetin,astragaloside III,Mg,Sr,Rb,Tl,Ca,B,Mo,As,Cd,K,La,N,Pr,P,Ce,S in Astragali Radix showed promising capability for distinguishing samples from different origins.Among all lots of Astragali Radix samples,those from Gansu better quality based on the experimental data,followed by Shaanxi,Shanxi and Inner Mongolia.Conclusion The results of PLS-DA combined with entropy weight TOPSIS analysis are reliable,effective and practical,which can be applied to the quality evaluation of Astragali Radix.
