摘要
本文采用RANS数值仿真方法对P4119桨和P4132桨非定常力的分布特性开展研究,通过将桨叶进行径向分段,获得非定常力在桨叶上的径向分布特性。结果表明:螺旋桨桨叶上非定常力沿径向的分布特性与平均力分布特性相同,但不同半径上非定常力时域曲线具有不同的周向相位;通过计算叶片表面的压力脉动,识别出桨叶上的非定常力主要来源于叶片导边区域;通过调整P4132桨的侧斜角分布,使得P4132桨不同半径上的非定常力形成相减的效果,进而大幅减小了桨叶的非定常力。本文的研究成果可为定量分析螺旋桨激励力的成因以及螺旋桨的设计提供技术基础。
Numerical investigation on the distribution of unsteady force of Propellers P4119 and P4132 were carried out with RANS method.The distribution of propeller unsteady force in the radial direction was obtained through subsection process of the propeller radius.Results show that the radial distribution of propeller unsteady force is similar to that of the averaged force,while the circumferential phases are quite different for the unsteady force in different radii.Analysis of the pressure fluctuation distribution on the propeller shows that the source of propeller unsteady force is mainly from propeller leading edge.The propeller unsteady force in different radii can cancel each other by reasonably arranging the distribution of propeller skew angle for Propeller P4132.This study can be useful in the practical design application of propellers and in the quantitative analysis of the source of propeller excited force.
