摘要 旨在通过对长春中医药大学附属医院医疗队救治的新型冠状病毒肺炎患者临床数据的收集和整理,建立服务于临床医生和科研人员的新型冠状病毒肺炎专病库,为总结中医药干预新型冠状病毒肺炎的临床疗效提供有力支撑。依托长春中医药大学附属医院科研一体化平台,以新型冠状病毒肺炎患者为研究对象,融合与处理多源异构数据,经过数据集成、数据清洗、数据整合、数据后结构化等数据治理过程,形成新冠肺炎疾病结构化数据库标准数据集。专病库纳入患者1138例,为开展新型冠状病毒肺炎临床研究提供了有力的数据支撑,为充分利用相关临床研究数据开展各类临床研究提供了充分的保障。 This paper establishes the corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)pneumonia database that serves clinicians and scientific researchers by collecting and organizing clinical data of COVID-19 pneumonia patients treated by the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,which provides strong support for summarizing the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine interventions in COVID-19 pneumonia.The standard data set of the structured database of COVID-19 pneumonia is formed based on the scientific research integration platform of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,taking the COVID-19 pneumonia patients as the research object,through the fusion and process of multi-source heterogeneous data,and through data integration,data cleaning,data integration,data post-structuring and other data governance process.The database includes 1138 patients,which provides strong data support for the clinical research on COVID-19 pneumonia and provides sufficient guarantee for making full use of relevant clinical research data to conduct various clinical studies.
