中药内外合治儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘痰热蕴肺证

Therapeutic effect of combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on cough variant asthma in children with syndrome of phlegmheat amassing in lung

目的观察清肺化痰平喘方内服联合中药止咳方穴位贴敷对儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘痰热蕴肺证的治疗效果。方法选择80例儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘痰热蕴肺证患儿,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例。对照组予孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上予清肺化痰平喘方内服联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分、咳嗽症状积分、肺功能及不良反应。结果治疗组临床总有效率(95.00%,38/40)优于对照组(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05);治疗后2组中医证候评分、咳嗽症状积分、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平均低于治疗前,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),2组肺功能指标均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药内外合治儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘,可减轻患儿临床症状,改善肺功能,安全性较好,可进一步提高疗效,促进患儿康复。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oral administration of Qingfei Huatan Pingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application of Zhike Decoction on cough variant asthma in children with syndrome of phlegm-heat amassing in lung.Methods 80 cases of cough variant asthma in children with syndrome of phlegm-heat amassing in lung were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Qingfei Huatan Pingchuan decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatmetn of the control group.After two courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,cough symptom scores,lung function and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group(95.00%,38/40)was better than that of the control group(80.00%,32/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and cough symptoms,and the level of peripheral blood eosinophil granulocytes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lung function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for cough variant asthma in children with syndrome of phlegm-heat amassing in lung can alleviate the clinical symptoms of children,improve the lung function of children,and has good safety,which can further improve the curative effect and promote the rehabilitation of children.
