神阙贴敷消脂瘦身方治疗肥胖症

Therapeutic effect of Shenque application on cutting down body fat and losing weight formula in the treatment of obesity

目的探讨自拟消脂瘦身方神阙贴敷联合穴位埋线治疗肥胖症及对炎症免疫和肠道菌群的影响。方法选择肥胖症患者100例,采用随机双盲安慰剂对照法分为贴敷组与安慰剂组,各50例。贴敷组采用自拟消脂瘦身方神阙贴敷治疗,安慰剂组采用安慰剂神阙贴敷治疗。比较2组治疗前,治疗第4周及治疗第12周空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、腰围、臀围;2组治疗前后IL-17、TNF-α水平、Th17/Treg、双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、脆拟弱杆菌、大肠杆菌、肠球菌菌落数。结果贴敷组总有效率(88.0%,44/50)高于安慰剂组(68.0%,34/50)(P<0.05);2组治疗4周、12周后,HDL升高,LDL、TG、TC、FPG、HbA1c、腰围、臀围及BMI均低于治疗前,且贴敷组优于安慰剂组(P<0.05);治疗后2组TNF-α、IL-17、Th17表达数量降低,Treg表达数量升高,且贴敷组优于安慰剂组(P<0.05);治疗后贴敷组双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、脆拟弱杆菌菌落数高于安慰剂组,大肠杆菌、肠球菌菌落数低于安慰剂组(P<0.05)。结论消脂瘦身方神阙贴敷联合穴位埋线可能通过肠道菌群-炎症免疫途径提高肥胖症患者临床疗效,改善生化指标。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenque application on cutting down body fat and losing weight formula combined with implanting catgut in acupoint on obesity treatment,inflammatory immunity and intestinal flora.Methods 100 obese patients were selected and divided into the application group and the placebo group by randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled method,with 50 cases in each group.The application group used Shenque application on cutting down body fat and losing weight formula,and the placebo group used the placebo Shenque application.Fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels,and waist circumference and hip circumference were compared between the two groups before treatment,at the 4th week and at the 12th week of treatment.The levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and T helper cell 17(Th17)/Treg ratio,as well as the colony numbers of bifidobacteria,lactic acid bacteria,fragile Bacteroides,Escherichia coli and Enterococcus were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was higher in the application group(88.0%,44/50)than that in the placebo group(68.0%,34/50)(P<0.05);After 4 and 12 weeks of treatment in the two groups,high-density lipoprotein(HDL)level increased,and the levels of low-density lipoprotein(LDL),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),FPG,HbA1c,and waist circumference,hip circumference,and body mass index(BMI)were lower than those before treatment,and the application group was better than the placebo group(P<0.05);In both groups after treatment,expression levels of TNF-α,IL-17 and Th17 were reduced(P<0.05),and the expression level of Treg cells was increased,and the application group was better than the placebo group(P<0.05);After treatment,the colony numbers of bifidobacteria,lactic acid bacteria,and fragile Bacteroides in the application group were higher than those in the placebo group,and the numbers of Escherichia coli and Enterococcus colonies were lower than those in the placebo group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenque application on cutting down body fat and losing weight formula combined with implanting catgut in acupoint may improve the clinical efficacy and biochemical indexes of obesity patients through intestinal flora-inflammatory immune pathway.
