在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上,习近平总书记总结历史、立足现在、展望未来,高瞻远瞩地作出了“人民就是江山”的重大判断。从现实基础来看,“人民就是江山”的提出是人心所向的战略目的论、群众路线的战略动力论和人民评判的战略方法论的有机统一;从实践路径来看,“人民就是江山”的践行需要在战略思维、系统思维、历史思维及辩证思维的协同联动中统筹推进;从价值探赜来看,“人民就是江山”的践行有利于坚持人民主体地位、筑牢党的执政根基、满足人民美好生活需要。在两个一百年奋斗目标的历史接续期,进行这一重大判断的现实基础、实践路径及价值探赜的综合阐发,对开启新征程、奋进新阶段意义重大。

At the conference celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping,based on his summary of the history,the present,and the future,made a major judgment of“the people as Jiangshan”.In terms of realistic basis,the proposition of“people as Jiangshan”is the organic unity of the strategic teleology in accordance with people’s will,the strategic motive theory of the mass line,and the strategic methodology of the people’s judgment;in terms of practical path,the practice of“people as Jiangshan”needs to integrally advance in the well-coordinated inter-connected strategic thinking,systematic thinking,historical thinking,and dialectical thinking;in terms of value exploration,the practice of“people as Jiangshan”is conducive to adhering to people’s dominant position,building the Party’s ruling foundation,and meeting people’s needs for a better life.In the historical continuation of the two centennial goals,it is of great significance for opening a new journey and forging ahead in a new stage to comprehensively elaborate on the realistic basis,practical path,and value exploration of this major judgment.
