A Discussion on the Practice and Development Path of Professional Masters Degree Education with an Employment Demand Orientation

发展专业学位研究生教育是国家发展、社会进步的必然路径,因此基于就业需求导向视角下的专业学位硕士研究生培养实践探讨十分必要。通过采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,本文分析了体育专业学位硕士培养现状,发现当前体育专业学位硕士研究生培养中存在的重理论轻实践、专业管理模糊、创新能力差、实践弱等现实问题。基于此,建议:强化对应专业培养,改革课程设置评价,扎实提升科研水平,提高社会实践能力,打造专业实践平台,加强人才评价与人才反馈。

The development of professional master's degree education is an essential pathway for national development and societal progress.Therefore,it is crucial to discuss the practical training of professional masters degree students from the perspective of employment demand orientation.We employed research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to examine the current status of sports-related professional masters degree education.It identifies existing issues,including an imbalance between theory and practice,vague professional management,limited innovation capabilities,and weak practical skills.Based on these findings,recommendations are proposed to address these challenges:strengthening discipline-specific training,reforming curriculum design and evaluation methods,enhancing research capabilities,improving social practical skills,establishing professional practice platforms,and strengthening talent evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
