长三角地区高校龙舟运动发展驱动路径分析——基于三螺旋理论视域

An Analysis of the Path for Propelling the Development of Dragon Boat Racing Sport in Universities in the Yangtze River Delta Region——A Perspective Based on the Triple Helix Theory

龙舟运动是中国传统文化发展的重要载体之一,区域化高校教育改革为长三角地区三省一市的高校龙舟运动提供了发展机遇。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法,分析长三角地区高校龙舟运动开展的现状和需求,在此基础上引用三螺旋理论,阐述长三角地区高校龙舟运动发展过程中行为主体的应然角色。研究结果发现:①高校龙舟运动协同发展制度与赛事机制不完善、自组织动力不足和创新发展缓慢、被动一体化协同现象较为明显;②高校在开展龙舟运动过程中存在师资力量匮乏、队员流动性大、资金渠道单一、场地资源不足等问题。建议:政府作为监管和链接角色,高校作为创新和输出角色,产业作为产出和消费角色,三者相互作用,功能交叉形成平衡模式,从而打破我国长三角地区高校龙舟运动发展的现实困境,构建三省一市高校龙舟运动健康发展的驱动路径。

The sport of dragon boat racing serves as a significant carrier of traditional Chinese culture,and regional educational reforms in universities have presented development opportunities for dragon boat sports in the Yangtze River Delta region,encompassing three provinces and one municipality.METHOD:We employed literature review,expert interviews,and on-site investigations to analyze the current status and requirements of dragon boat sports in universities in the Yangtze River Delta region.Drawing upon the Triple Helix Theory,the roles of key stakeholders in the development process of dragon boat sports in universities in the region are elucidated.RESULTS:(1)The coordination of development systems and competition mechanisms,self-organizing power,and innovation in dragon boat sports in universities is inadequate,with passive integration being conspicuous.(2)Universities encounter challenges such as a shortage of qualified faculty,high turnover of team members,limited funding sources,and insufficient venue resources in promoting dragon boat sports.SUGGESTIONS:the government,as a regulatory and coordinating entity,universities,as innovative and knowledge-sharing actors,and the industry,as a production and consumption participant,interact and cross-function to establish a balanced model,thereby overcoming the current challenges faced by the development of dragon boat sports in universities in the Yangtze River Delta region and creating a driving path for the healthy development of dragon boat sports in the three provinces and one municipality.
