契机与应对:我国体育服务业数字化转型的现实困境与应对策略

Opportunities and Responses:Real Challenges and Strategies for the Digital Transformation of Chinas Sports Service Industry

本文运用文献资料、案例分析、逻辑分析法等研究方法,从数据赋能、消费升级和资源配置三个层面出发,探究我国体育服务业数字化转型时代契机,对体育服务业数字化转型面临的现实困境做出研判,并提出应对策略。研究认为,体育服务业数字化转型是将人工智能等数字化技术深入渗透体育服务的各个方面,通过多种产业融合实现以体育服务业高质量发展为目的的业态转化。我国体育服务业数字化转型的现实困境是:产业监管方面表现为数字化数据统计不畅,产业联动方面数字化相关产业互动与融合不够,数字人才方面数字化顶尖人才储备不足。为此,围绕政府调控、产业优化、企业转型及人才建设等4个方面提出应对策略,具体包括:①强化顶层设计,改善体育服务业数字化政策环境;②推进产业融合,构筑体育服务业数字化发展新优势;③以消费需求为导向,激发体育服务业的活力和可持续发展力;④强化人才培养,夯实体育服务业数字化人才基石。

By employing research methods such as literature review,case analysis,and logical analysis,we explored the opportunities,challenges,and strategies related to the digital transformation of Chinas sports service industry.It focused on three aspects:data empowerment,consumer upgrading,and resource allocation.The digital transformation of the sports service industry involves the integration of digital technologies,including artificial intelligence,into various aspects of sports services.To achieve high-quality development in the industry,multiple industry convergences are necessary.We identified the challenges faced by the digital transformation,such as limited digital data statistics for industry regulation,inadequate interaction and integration among digital-related industries,and a shortage of top-level digital talents.To address these challenges,we proposed strategies in four areas:government regulation,industry optimization,enterprise transformation,and talent development.These strategies aim to enhance the policy environment,foster industry convergence,stimulate consumer demand,and strengthen talent cultivation in the digital transformation of the sports service industry.
