基于流行病学视角的羽毛球运动损伤与防治研究

A Study on Badminton Sport Injury and Prevention from an Epidemiological Perspective

目的:运动损伤在羽毛球中相当常见,根据损伤的症状、类型和原因不同,损伤发生机制也复杂多变,因此制定相关运动损伤防治措施十分必要。本文通过对流行病学、运动生物力学以及相关防治措施开展综合分析,探讨未来将流行病学与运动生物力学耦合应用于运动损伤防治的可行性,提出未来研究方向并为其提供理论依据。方法检索1979-2022年PubMed、Web of science、中国知网数据库的相关文献,以“badminton”“injury”“Epidemiology”“mechanism”“therapy”“Biomechanical”等为英文关键词,以“羽毛球”“运动损伤”“流行病学”“损伤机制”“运动康复”等为中文关键词。最终纳入106篇文献进行分析。结果:以运动康复生物力学为基础,通过归纳当前羽毛球运动损伤的流行病学研究成果,总结出了影响羽毛球运动损伤的可变因素、不可变因素及其主要的防治措施。结论:当前的流行病学研究并未形成统一标准,相关生物力学研究也未建立可靠的力学模型,这为进一步分析流行病学研究结果、研究运动损伤机制带来了一定的困难。建议:①未来研究可通过不可变因素划分人群进行更有针对性的流行病学研究;②建立完善的羽毛球运动生物力学模型并与流行病学耦合作为基础进行运动损伤防治措施的相关研究。

Objective:Sports injuries are prevalent in badminton,and understanding the complex and variable mechanisms underlying different types of injuries is essential for implementing effective preventive measures.The researcher conducted a comprehensive analysis of epidemiology,sports biomechanics,and relevant preventive measures in order to explore the feasibility of integrating epidemiology with sports biomechanics for the prevention and treatment of sports injuries in badminton.The literature search included relevant studies from 1979 to 2022 in PubMed,Web of Science,and the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database using English keywords such as"badminton,""injury,""epidemiology,""mechanism,""therapy,"and"biomechanical,"as well as Chinese keywords such as"羽毛球"(badminton),"运动损伤"(sports injury),"流行病学"(epidemiology),"损伤机制"(injury mechanism),and"运动康复"(sports rehabilitation).Atotal of 106 articles were included for analysis.The study built on sports rehabilitation biomechanics and summarized the epidemiological research findings on badminton sports injuries,including modifiable and non-modifiable factors influencing injury occurrence,as well as the main preventive and treatment measures.However,the field currently lacks a unified standard for epidemiological research,and reliable mechanical models for biomechanical studies have not been established,posing challenges in analyzing epidemiological research results and studying injury mechanisms.Therefore,future research is recommended to conduct more targeted epidemiological studies by considering non-modifiable factors and establish comprehensive biomechanical models for badminton sports,integrating them with epidemiology to enhance the effectiveness of sports injury prevention and treatment.
