Fault Analysis of Belt Conveyors in Mines and Research on Its Countermeasures

矿井胶带输送机目前还存在许多故障,为了提高矿井胶带输送机的输送效率,采取定量和定性分析发生故障的原因,以相关专业的知识为基础,根据输送机故障表及使用流程,制定故障维修诊断对策,提出了更新维修及防治策略,并且构建矿井胶带输送机故障体系。

Many faults are found in the belt conveyors used in mines.In order to improve the conveying efficiency of the belt conveyors in mines,through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the causes of faults,and based on relative professional knowledge,fault maintenance and diagnosis countermeasures are formulated according to the fault table and use process of the conveyors.Strategies for replacement,maintenance and fault-prevention of the conveyors are put forward,and the fault think tank system of the mine conveyors are built.All these lays the foundation for the development of conveyors in the future.
