摘要
针对鲁中选矿厂弱磁性矿精矿品位及回收率偏低的问题,在流程考查的基础上开展了大量试验研究,实验结果表明采用正浮选工艺可大幅提高弱磁性矿精矿品位及回收率。工业改造后流程运行稳定,生产指标良好,经济效益显著。
To solve the problem of low concentrate grade and recovery rate of weakly magnetic ore in Luzhong concentrator,a large number of experimental studies are conducted based on process investigation,and the experimental results show that the use of direct flotation process can significantly improve the concentrate grade and recovery rate of weakly magnetic ore.After the industrial transformation,the process runs stably,the production indexes are good and the economic benefit is remarkable.
