摘要
目前测定铁矿石或铁精矿中锌含量的方法仍局限于仪器分析法,虽准确但成本过高,仅专业检测机构的分析实验室才能采购,而普通厂矿的化学分析实验室没有足够的经费配备高端的仪器设备。目前介绍的方法是基于EDTA容量法测定矿石中锌含量的改进探索,在原有方法基础上加入相应的试剂掩蔽铁离子,使之不干扰锌离子络合显色,从而达到正常检测的目标,使其适用于铁矿石及其选冶产品中较低含量的锌的测定。经反复验证,改良后的方法准确度更高、花费时间更短,成本低,可适用于各级各类分析检测实验室对铁矿石及铁精矿中锌元素的批量检测。
At present,the method of determining zinc content in iron ore or iron concentrate is stll limited to instrumental analysis.Although it is accurate,the cost is too high.Only analytical laboratories of professional testing institutions can purchase it,while chemical analysis laboratories of ordinary factories and mines do not have enough funds to equip high-end instruments and equipment.The method introduced in this paper is an improved exploration based on EDTA volumetric method to determine zinc content in ores.On the basis of the original method,corresponding reagents are added to mask iron ions,so that they do not interfere with the complexation and color development of zinc ions,thus achieving the goal of normal detection and making it suitable for the determination of low zinc content in iron ores and their processing and smelting products.After repeated verification,the improved method has higher accuracy,shorter time consumption and lower cost,and can be applied to the batch detection of zinc in iron ore and iron concentrate in various analytical testing laboratories at all levels.
