政治信任对农民多层次幸福感的影响——基于甘肃、宁夏2省调查数据的实证分析

The influence of political trust on farmers multi-level happiness——an empirical analysis based on the survey data of Gansu and Ningxia

提升农民幸福感是农村社会经济发展的根本目的。基于甘肃省和宁夏回族自治区972份农民调查数据,利用二元离散模型和多元线性回归模型分析了政治信任因素与农民多层次幸福感状态和指数之间的关系。研究表明:政府信任程度显著正向影响农民的多层次幸福感状态,农民对政府的信任程度提高1个百分点时,农民的多层次幸福感指数就会提高0.0593个百分点,政府信任与农民的多层次幸福感指数呈正向关系;政策信任程度显著正向影响农民的多层次幸福感状态,农民对政策的信任程度提高1个百分点时,农民的多层次幸福感指数就会提高0.0334个百分点,政策信任与农民多层次幸福感指数呈正向关系;公职人员信任程度显著正向影响农民的多层次幸福感状态,农民对公职人员的信任程度提高1个百分点时,农民的多层次幸福感指数就会提高0.0614个百分点,公职人员信任与农民多层次幸福感指数呈正向关系。在农村经济社会发展和农村改革不断深化过程中,破除农民与政府之间的心理防线,降低农民对政策的误解及疑虑,弱化农民与公职人员之间的隔阂将是提升农民多层次幸福感的重要策略。

Improving farmers'well-being is the fundamental goal of rural social and economic development,and also the main content of government work.Based on the data of 972 farmers'micro-social survey in Gansu and Ningxia,this paper analyzes the relationship between political trust factors and farmers'multi-level happiness state by using the Probit model,analyzes the effect of political trust factors on farmers'multi-level happiness index by using multiple regression.The results show that the degree of trust in government has a significant positive impact on farmers'multi-level happiness:when farmers'trust in government increases by 1 percent,farmers'multi-level happiness index will increase by 0.0593 percent.The degree of trust in policy has a significant positive impact on farmers'multi-level happiness:when farmers'trust in policy increases by 1 percent,the multi-level happiness index of farmers will increase by 0.0334 percent.The trust degree in public officials has a significant positive impact on the multi-level happiness of farmers:when the trust degree in public officials increases by 1 percent,the multi-level happiness index of farmers will increase by 0.0614 percent.Therefore,in the process of rural economic and social development and deepening rural reform,breaking down the mental defense of farmers and the government,reducing farmers'misunderstanding and doubts about policies,and weakening and ending the estrangement between farmers and officials will be an important strategy to improve farmers'multi-level happiness.
