摘要
研究针对试验机加速度控制系统优化问题,基于粒子群算法设计优化模型,并结合电气自动化技术,实现了试验机加速度控制系统的自动化。通过对试验机加速度控制系统的优化,提高了试验机加速度控制系统的响应速度和控制精度,降低了试验机加速度控制系统的能耗和故障率。研究成果对试验机制造公司的技术提升,具有一定的指导意义。
This study focuses on the optimization problem of the acceleration control system of the testing machine.Based on particle swarm optimization algorithm,an optimization model is designed and combined with electrical automation technology to achieve automation of the acceleration control system of the testing machine.By optimizing the acceleration control system of the testing machine,the response speed and control accuracy of the acceleration control system were improved,and the energy consumption and failure rate of the acceleration control system were reduced.The research results of this study have certain guiding significance for the technological improvement of testing machine manufacturing companies.
